This wine displays a pale straw colour with vibrant green glints. The nose shows fresh aromas of apple, quince and pear, leading to riper flavours of stewed apple, quince paste, cantaloupe and loquat and a fresh crisp palate. Made using the Charmat method to allow better retention of the mousse, a finer bead and the intensity of fruit characters to shine on the nose and palate. This is perfect to be paired with Shellfish or enjoyed on its own as an apertif. Region: King Valley 11.5% alcohol.
