Mr. Usami, a master distiller, hand crafted the Shinobu 15-year-old Mizunara Cask Whisky. With at least 15 years of maturation behind it, this pure malt has developed some impressive qualities. The end product is a singular blend of flavors that explodes dynamically on the palate while remaining incredibly smooth and drinkable. Mellow oak wood aromas give way to flavours of honey and molasses, with hints of blueberry and deep tones of Mizunara oak. The whisky has a deep rich color and complex flavor. On the palate, there's a hint of sweet malt, aromas of fruity oak barrels, leather, cinnamon, and subtle ripe fruit. Best served neat on ice. Size: 700ml ALC VOL 43%.
